I found it was in the U.S. Airfields Vol 1 at FSPilotShop which I downloaded for a very low price. It has 4 U.S. airfields with all kinds of AI traffic. I set myself up as an air traffic controller with both ground and tower frequencies active and with the Traffic Explorer I can watch, and hear, all the traffic. Bob.
