May 19, 201313 yr I've purchased the MD-11 for FSX but upon installation I'm encountering a problem. I cannot activate the product even though I've entered all the information required (email, order ID and password) correctly.During purchase I already had problems with logging into my account (which was unsuccessful). I then created a new account and I was able to complete the purchase.
