Sound Coordination

Another issue for SP2, I hope. When starting and shutting down the engine with 'auto-start' and 'auto-shutdown', there are significant issues with sound management.

Sometimes engine sound does not shut off -- and other times it just shuts off abruptly.

For illustration, do a couple of auto-starts and auto-shutdowns with the 850, then on the B200 --- speaks for itself.

Needs some attention.
