May 30, 201313 yr Compass Airlines was formed from another airline name in 2007 and the radio call "compass" was assigned then. This occurred well after the last update of recorded voice phrases and "compass" does not exist nor is it easy to add and maintain voice characteristics of the existing sets. RC does not use synthetic voices. See http://forum.avsim.net/topic/404648-airline-callsigns-fsuipc-can-help-radar-contact-recognize-them/ about returning the airplane model (like Boeing, etc.) using that for a radio call. Type+1 makes the call unique for this aircraft.
