Frame rate increases with patch

I have not installed the patch yet and have a question regarding reported frame rate increases. Are these increases when compared to the tweaked version 9.0 ? or are they vs. the default 9.0 ?I have completed the Default XML fix in version 9.0 and really don't care about barns and fast food restraunts, etc. So if there is no increase with the patch then I think I will leave it as is.Mark.

From what I have read in the last few days the biggest frame rate increase is with the default version.
