Aircraft moves when starting a new flight

Featured Replies

Hi,

Whenever starting a new flight (I have selected a cold and dark state as the startup panel state) the aircraft is in fact moving with the engines running.
It then comes to a halt immediately, the engines go off and the count down starts.

Another strange thing is if I select an outside view and then select the virtual cockpit, I have sound, like the engines are running.

However, these two matters do NOT happen when loading any of the saved stages of the tutorial flights when the aircraft is stationary on the ground.

Then everything is as expected.

Greatful for any tips that could resolve the situation.

Kind regards

It is mentioned in the manual that the default flight should be the ultralight at friday harbor, which it is. However, the ultralight is airborne with the engines running and about 70% throttle when Fly now is clicked. Could this cause issues with the NGX when starting a new flight? I have newer ever saved a flight as the default flight so this default flight is the one that was installed by FSX.
