Can "VRoute" be used for producing a Company Route?

Is it correct that "VRoute" can make and export Flight Plans into our 737NG (using FSX) in such a way that the FMC will accept them for the Company route?

Yes you can.

 

Once you've made a route save as PMDG rte file and install in PMDG Flight Plan Folder.
