June 16, 201312 yr Hi, Quick question: I purchased a payware aircraft that unfortunately just has a cut-and-paste of the manual used for the ref.htm and check.htm files. I can easily edit these with Word, but some funkiness gets introduced (it's not important enough to me to dig into html hand-editing). I've changed font and font sizes, shrunk margins radically, changed the file from Portrait to Landscape mode, and it's all almost there in terms of being readable in the shift-F10 kneeboard, but seems to go a bit wild towards the end, repeating text and tables, etc. Is there any quick info on what needs to be done to fit the darn thing into the kneeboard? Some sort of .htm FSX compatibility mode? Or is it more complicated than that (in which case I won't bother, just be mildly annoyed). Thanks, Steve
June 17, 201312 yr What I do is start with a plain text file, then use Word to Save As Web Page. Result is perfectly formatted for the Kneeboard. Long lines are even broken into two lines properly. So get your htm excerpts into plain text, format it, and then start the conversion process. Tom Gibson CalClassic Propliner Page
