Hello everyone,

 

I am in the process of developing a sim product with aircraft models and detailed panels.  I am wondering, if the product is a payware product, do I need to obtain some type of legal licensing agreement from the plane manufacturer?  For example, if I'm developing a 737 similar to PMDG, would I need permission from Boeing?

I can't provide specific info but the licensing arm is Equity Management Inc.
