Help fixing a scenery

I was wondering if I could get some help fixing a couple problems with a FSX Area51 (ADE) scenery/afcad I downloaded.
I am not even sure if it is permitted to modify this scenery but thought I would ask here.

I e-mailed (June 20th and 22nd) the author but did not get a reply.

I downloaded this very nice nice Area 51 scenery for FSX from flyawaysimulation.com (3.49MB Skara Scenery).

I noticed:
The ILS for RWY 12 has a heading of 315.9 degrees?  ... also this ILS is pointed that way, which is wrong.


It should be rwy 30 with its own ILS.


Also, the current runway layout is (left to right) 30, 32R and 32.
It should be 30, 32 and 32R.

Also the runway lengths should be rwy30/5422', rwy32/12392' and rwy32R/11971'
