Longtime simmer needs to learn repainting, I'm building a Progressive Aerodyne SeaRey and thought I could try out potential paint schemes using the First Class Simulations FSX SeaRey in FSX before comitting to the real paint scheme.

 

Is Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 ok to use repainting in FSX, or should I use something else? (I've got DXTBmp.)

I've done some work on cockpit panels with version 9.  I saved them as .bmp's at the highest available .bmp resolution. It should work elsewhere.
