At the end of my rope with Lago

Peter, Thank you very much. I tried what you said and just entered one of the hexa decimal numbers from the user guide. It worked. :-jumpy Now why, why, why couldn't Lago support have told me that in the first place instead of either ignoring me or jerking me around in circles?? So... I do now have FSE working now but I take nothing back about what I said about the company Lago or their lack of support. If not for the good people here in this forum (which has saved me numerous times I might add) I'd still be pulling what hair I have left out.
