Black Friday, Cyber Monday only 4.5 months away

I am sure may people here including myself are planning New dedicated Flight Sim Rigs right now.

Its gonna cost a lot of money so the question is: Is Black Friday, Cyber Monday worth the wait. How good are those sales when it comes to cutting edge hardware like the i7 4770K or the GTX 780 or Asus SABERTOOTH Z87 etc. will the four and half months bring revisions to all this new hardware like 780's with 6gb or 4770's with solder under the heat spreader instead of TIM. Or is it just as good to start now.

I would wait the 4.5 months if it made a significant difference to price or Hardware.

The sales aren't really worth the wait. Last year, I remember that TVs were merely discounted, and online sites like Newegg had sales for select items only.
