FSUIPC Pan View with J41

Does anyone know why panning with the hat switch when using FSUIPC instead of FSX for joystick control is slow with the J41 both in the VC and spot views? It works fine for the NGX and MD-11. Thanks.

I'm not so sure if it's frame rate. Hat switch method is a bit slow in J41 cockpit, but only it seems at airports. Other times it's just as quick as mouse.

 

My joystick by the way is a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro.
