This site is driving me mad> Can anyone help me out of this impasse!

 

I lost my password but cannot access the site because I cannot get past

the character recognition process. No matter my confidence that I am

typing in correct characters, space between strings per instructions etc

I just cannot get through. I have twice tried for help via their standard

help facility but without reply.
