July 23, 201312 yr I took off about an hour ago, from CYTZ (Toronto City Centre) and headed East towards the Don Valley Parkway. I then swung Northbound, headed for Lake Simcoe and area. I decided to set the A/P at 4,000 feet and the heading bug at 360, with real weather from the Net. I flew over Lake Simcoe near its Eastern shoreline and kept on a course of 360 degrees. Within ten minutes, I have discovered a very beautifully rendered part of Ontario, Canada in XPX.22 Great lake and cottage country with many topographical interests. I think that I will have to land the King Air and and take up the Amphibian for some exploration of the coves and other interesting waterways. The more I just 'dead head' fly with XPX, the more I am seeing those surprise gems of vistas that I'm coming up upon... Have fun...and that's the main pursuit! Ses
