July 25, 200322 yr Well I saw this show a LONG time ago, maybe a year or two ago. It just popped into my brain lol. It was about the opening of Denvers new airport and the closing of the old one, with the logistics involved in changing airports overnight, literally. Well they showed a clip with two United 757's in tight wingtip formation with another one in formation with the camera, it was the coolest thing I've ever seen. They were flying the short distance to the new airfield. Must of been ex-military pilots to pull off a stunt like that.
July 25, 200322 yr I still like the 1G roll the test pilot of the Boeing 707 prototype, the dash-80, did over lake Washington in 1955. I've seen footage and it is still awe-inspiring. I wonder how many airplanes that sold?
July 25, 200322 yr I remember seeing that Dash-80 do a barrel roll in one of my books. It must have been an awesome sight to behold.
