737 NGX Won't Uninstall

When I try to uninstall the NGX, I get an error saying:-

Does anyone know how I can uninstall the NGX?

 

(I'm using FSX by the way, not FS9).

I imagine you'd be best opening a support ticket through the PMDG website.
