blank textures

Hi

Looking for a bit of advise or help regarding ai aircraft textures

I've just downloaded and installed the new faib ai airbus and installed the jetblue textures which are in a .dds format however when I start fsx and go to an airport where jetblue operate my a320's are just black with no textures.

There are no other textures in the texture folder and i'm running in dx10 mode

any help would be appreciated
