FMC Keypad, No Sound

I have the MD-11 and J41. when I am using the keypad on the FMC in them I can hear when I click on the buttons.

However for the NGX I can't hear any sound when pressing the keys is this normal?

I would love feedback from the buttons, it really adds to the immersion for me!
