Not sure if it's a flight plan or scenery issue

I've created a water runway in ADE, attached taxi points, parking etc. I then created an AI flight plan using the FSX Generic goose.

From KLGB to L11 pebby beach (Avalon)

My problem is that the goose will land, taxi and park just fine, but when it comes time to depart it just disappears.

I've run the fault finder on ADE each time before I compile. And I do not get any errors compiling the Flight Plan. ie time issues or parking

Other things I've tried.

Made sure there are starting points on the runway

Lengthening the runway to 10,000 feet.

I'm just lost as to why it will land and then not return.
