Do these tuning parameters really do anything?...

I've been trying to figure out how a combination of:

- prop_on_roll

- p_factor_on_yaw

- high_alpha_on_yaw

- high_alpha_on_roll

- thrustanglepitchheading.N

with a payware aircraft, but also with the default Mooney and Maule, and honestly I see no noticeable differences, specially when applying the last one which, in my believe

should cause some evident pitching / yawing moments (?)

Comments / suggestions welcomed!

P.S.: I confess I used most of this in the past, but it was on FSX, and I really can't recall how it worked :-/

I recall somehow that at least setting "thrustanglepitchheading" was perfectly useless, but I'm not absolutely sure if it doesn't have to be coupled with another AIRCRAFT.CFG entry in oreder to become effective ?

EDIT:

AH! Guys, found it - Hervé is a Master!!!

Here you go, taken from his description of AFSD versions :-)

"4.20
----
- Restores thrust vector offset effects that are active if correctly defined in aircraft.cfg [GeneralEngineData] as thrustanglespitchheading (SDK mispealed it as thrustanglepitchheading..)"

At least now I can play with this one :-)

Just for the sake of curiosity, thrustanglespitchheading.N does work "as advertised"... Well, sort of, because indeed the effects are far from the expected, but still you do notice the angled thrust ....
