What could I expect from this hardware?

I'm looking to make the leap from my current 5 year old HP netbook and FS9 to a solid FSX system to run complex addons, budget around 1k GBP.

I'm using cyberpowers website to build a custom PC (may self build but want opinions from UK people on how much money that will really save).

Here is what I have been able to juice out of my budget:

There is room to try different motherboards etc because I don't know much about the motherboard side of things.

This will total £883.20 inc taxes without a screen (sourcing one myself).

I'm very open to suggestions, I have months before it comes to purchasing because I'm still saving the money so please do make any criticisms and suggestions.
