If you have it set to 800x600 instead of higher, its not a pretty picture. My monitor is set to 1280x1024 on a 19" screen... On some systems that means a hit on framer rates. BUT, I prefer to see quality scenery, with all the aircraft flying around you, you almost never seen them except at the airfield. As I fly GA fields only, I unchecked Commercial in Traffic. That means a big jump in frame rates. Also, installed GA-Traffic, which gives me GA aircraft at every field. BUT, I then reduce the number to 75%, but I'd reduce it to 50% if necessary to keep my sliders all the way right... It means I can also have water effects on high. :-smile12 If we dont have a top of the line system, we can each make decisions about what is most important. Then, cut out what is not. Bob
