Opus setup keep jumping with windows startup

Hi all 

I have now idea why opusfsx setup still jumps up when windows is starting up. opus is installed and running good, even after the last update its still going on. anyone knows why ?

Not sure what you mean by 'opusfsx setup jumps up when windows is starting up'. Do you mean the Upper Atmosphere weather report window is automatically displayed when the GRIB data is being downloaded? This is necessary when you have GRIB enabled to confirm the NOAA server is online, the GRIB download was sucessful and has been decoded correctly.
