After a reinstall of FSX i am trying to reinstall my PMDG products. When I try to run the 737NGX 6700 OR 8900 i get the following error message:

 

PMDG 737NGX version 1.00.3057 or later requiered before you may install this addon.

Please path your NGX before installing this product.

 

A similar error message is shown when I try to install the 8900.

 

What have I done wrong? I can NOT download a new version from my account on PMDG as the url has expired. How can I get the "basic" version so I can install the NGX?

So I went to the PMDG shop and bought an extended download service for the PMDG 737NGX (All packages). The order shows up in my list of orders and it is processed, but I still can NOT redownload my 737NGX products!

I am fairly certain that with re installation problems after buying the extended download package are handled by PMDG staff directly from their web site rather than by getting self help from the forum. I would suggest logging onto the PMDG site and go to the support desk and file a help ticket, and ensure you choose the "download" option in the "department" drop down when you are in the support desk.

Hope this helps a little, I am sure the staff at PMDG will soon have you up and running

Thanks, have done that and submitted a ticket. Also got problems with the max installations and submitted a ticket for that too. Hav had to reinstall FSX 5 times this year.
