My question is exactly that. I tried using SB the other day for FS2004, and when I brought up the facilities list, there were no facilities listed as being online, however, the VATSIM server showed there were many controllers up and running. Do u have A pilot ID and password from VATSIM.? If not then go to vatsim website and register.

Tim,If you haven't already checked, go to the Pilot Resource Center at vatsim.net It is the best spot to find answers about getting squawkbox and all the other vatsim sofware working right.Hope this helps,
