No Menu bar, flap handle, speedbrake handle or knobs!

Guys - I gotta say... pretty impressed with the product. But here is a bug for ya expertes:

When aircraft loads there are no knobs, phone, flap handle, speedbrake handle or nothing of that category, second, my menu bar disappeared off of the FSX, so if I press alt no menu bar shows up. I also noticed that  when I go from full screen back to normal (Alt+Enter) my airport disappeared and sometimes it crashed the program.

Any advice?
