September 4, 201312 yr I know this is the wrong place to bring this up. I understand I should raise a ticket. But I can't. The system is not working for me. I purchased the 777 10 hours ago and received no download link. Each time I try to raise a ticket I log in fill in all the boxes hit next and it goes to the original screen. No ticket number no email. I have tried 8 or 9 times. When I ask to be sent a list of open tickets I'm told I have no tickets. Come on guys I paid $90 and I have nothing to show for it. Very frustrating. I understand your very busy. Can someone contact me by email so we can get this sorted [email protected]
