Problem with climb de-rate washout

Hi,

 

I can't see what I might be doing to trigger this, but during climb-out (manual flying, only STAR present for return to field) CLB-2 becomes CLB at 13000 not 30000 ft as set in the FMC Options.

 

Anyone else seen this behavior? I did 4 flights yesterday and always switches from CLB-2 to CLB at the wrong altitude.
