September 5, 201312 yr Will go try now RE anti virus and report back! Ah, I did proceed with the update to ops center so that could be it! Anyway of removing ops center in order to start over that im overlooking? Can't see it in program and files or fsx directory! And it was the BA livery! Cheers, EDIT: No luck with installing -antivirus for me unfortunately. Has the OP had any luck? Figured deleting the whole /prog files/pmdg folder would delete the ops center and reinstall it, but also no luck despite now being on v1.0. Looks like a long and tedius complete reinstall of computer tomorrow :( Should be worth it for this beauty though! Hold on now....reinstalling FSX completely? I mean unless you think your install sucks anyway....then yeah go. But as there are many having problems right now, I would say there is a good chance that reinstalling FSX will not help anything. You have problems with other aircraft as well? Why dont you submit a ticket to PMDG first? Rob Robson

Why dont you submit a ticket to PMDG first? I had supported a ticket to PMDG about the issue, but considering the volume of support tickets they must be going through right now, I decided to go ahead with a complete reinstall anyway. I agree, a reinstall for one aircraft is pretty time consuming, but I've been long overdue a cleanout and reinstall on my installation of coming up to 4 years. But I appreciate that this is not the case with everyones install! Anyway, for anyone else having this problem, I have reinstalled everything and my FSX no longer crashes when loading the T7, so can only presume it was conflicting with something in my old install! If you're desperate to get it to run and have plenty of time on your hands, its the way to go! Ben Marsh

Now that everything is working.....make a backup of Win7 and FSX with windows own backup function (create an image). This way you can return to present state in a matter of minutes! Rob Robson

September 6, 201312 yr Commercial Member Any of you guys having the airplane crash on load - please submit a ticket, we believe we have a fix for this. (It does not involve the OC by the way - the OC has nothing to do with FSX itself, it's just a front end for editing the aircraft.cfg and the livery ini files) Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
September 6, 201312 yr Thanks for the recommendation! Backing up as we speak! Your welcome. I am not sure if you used this function before....but here is a tip for if you ever need that image! You can only use/select this image when you insert your Win7 install disc or the repair disc (if you choose to create a repair disc). The recovery function within win7 can not use this image! Do not rename or move the image! I had some difficulty with using the image a while ago, thats why I am relaying this, but now it works wonderfully. I insert my Win7 disc and about 20min later I have my working Win7 and FSX install back. PS, if you FlightsimulatorX folder is on another disc than Win7....then you have to copy this folder as well and back it up somewhere! Rob Robson

(It does not involve the OC by the way - the OC has nothing to do with FSX itself, it's just a front end for editing the aircraft.cfg and the livery ini files) I submitted a ticket. Using appcrash report it points to PMDG_777X.dll. I formatted my drive with a fresh WIN7 install when I decided to buy the T7 and installed FSX. everything was ok for the past 2 days, but today this CTD started. Other aircraft and locations cause no trouble at all, fsx smooth as usual, and for long hours without any OOMs or so. Mohamed Az
