Cold and dark panel state

I have been going through the docs and cannot seem to find any info for starting from a cold and dark cockpit. All that I can find is preflight procedure assuming that electrical power up has already been done.

this could just be my inexperience showing here, so would appreciate anyone pointing me in the right direction.
