I'm just taking the time to say thank you for the support I received yesterday morning with one of my support tickets,

 

I submitted a support ticket about not receiving the code for the PMDG T7 after I purchased it and within an hour or 2 I received an email saying that the ticket had been answered and to I received my codes and download link,

 

Very amazed with the support of the team, especially when their could have been a load of tickets to get through with any problems,

 

Very much appreciated and thoroughly enjoying the T7

I must agree the support has been amazing considering the amount of work they have had.  My ticket was resolved well within 24 hours.
