Multiplayer shared aircraft

G'day all, I have found someone who will teach me to PROPERLY fly the A2A Cessna C-127 Trainer. Has any one tried the shared aircraft mode please and what do I/we need to know to set it up?

 

We both have P3D and the C-127 installed on good rigs. I have watched the LM video but that seems to indicate formation flying, not shared cockpit.
