I have updated operation manager but can't download any liveries I get message saying processing aero Mexico fictional

What do I do please help

You are risking your post being deleted by a moderator if you do not sign you real name on this forum. I have just updated my operations manager and downloaded that particular livery so I can confirm that PMDG's system is working. The usual suspects are: Have you tried running operations manager in administrator mode? or maybe temporarily stopping your virus detection software until the download is complete?. I cannot give any more help that that but maybe others can offer more help.
