Hello azeem here I had the same problem with operation centre, the only way to solve this problem is format yours windows or reinstalled windows, update drivers and then download flight simulator x then install pmdg 777 it will work. I had the same problem and the computer person said do this.

Is there any you can download it from like the Internet cafe, once download then copy on to the USB and then take it to snappy snaps they will copy it on the DVD. I did the same for pmdg 777 and pmdg 747 8 expansion pack

Can't download liveries no livery manager installed please help
