It update by itself

Hello friends! I have the same problem. I have no liveries view-able. Also, I have no text available in the blue drop down menu boxes or in my settings menu. I've noticed that clicking between Livery download and livery manager causes a nt.dll error for me, almost every time. I am running a 32bit Windows XP system. I've had no issues with the plane at all. Just the operations center. It's been fully updated. Still no text, liveries or anything else. Thanks in advance!

Nathan Hewitt

Nathan, have you downloaded updates for operations center? It should be v1.4. They fixed an XP problem and download problems for some users. Look on the nofifications screen to see if update is available.

Ok if you guys are using XP, that is still under investigation. (we fixed the original ADVAPI32.dll crash problem, but there appear to be more issues past that)

That said, you guys do realize we don't officially support XP with this product correct? Is there some reason you're running a 12 year old OS instead of Win7?

Had it from the very beginning after download and installation, including real-world Air India and PIA, and now there are more available after the updates. Maybe something wrong with the install?

Downscc,

Yes sir! I am fully upgraded to the latest and greatest. I think I should add, Originally I was also affected by the ADVAPI error as well, couldn't find an entry point. One of the previous updates has fixed that for me, but the livery problem as well as the menu problem still exists.

Side note: Just wanted to Thank everyone for the help, especially PMDG since I realize Windows XP isn't technically supported. It's truly appreciated! In my case, I am locked to an XP install, particularly due to hardware and software for audio/video that isn't supported in current windows platforms :/ Adat lightpipe inputs, and links between external synthesizers etc. It's my only way to fly currently, without buying or building a new machine. :/

Thanks!
