I can not download pmdg 777 liveries it say ( pmdg operation . Exe) please please can somebody help iam using window XP 3.4 GHZ with 4 GB RAM and 1GB graphic card please please help

Are you receiving an anti-virus warning for a downloader file (don't recall the exact name & I'm not at home right now) in the PMDG Operations Manual?  If so you have to set your antivirus program to stop quarantining that file.

What, precisely, happens when you try to download a livery?

I click on livery downloader it say downloading and then a message pop up saying pmdg operation centre. Exe below it say sent or don't send

Try running the Ops center in admin mode. ("Right click, run as administrator")

Are you running the Operation Center?   Adding livery hasn't been so easier.
