RAAS Error on start up

Recommended Posts

When I start up FSX I get this error. If I hit no the sim will load up fine. But if I hit yes, then FSX crashes. I tried looking in the forums, but didnt see anything. Sorry if a repost. Also, it started after the 3rd time I tried flying the 777. I have no other add on that uses this...

Yes, please post in the FS2Crew forum.

And see if you can figure out why it started happening on the 3rd time...

Try re-installing the 777 to refresh RAAS... maybe a file got corrupt.

I will post over there as well. But I did try a fresh install of the 777, and still the same result.

You probably have an audio editing program installed like Sound Bite, Tune Bite, Audials, etc.

If so, uninstall it.

RAAS will probably then work.

Those programs, which strip DRM rights from digital music, conflict with Microft's XACT audio engine which FS2Crew uses.
