2 small problems

Lo and behold, there was the power unit beside the aircraft!!
I sware that the power unit  was not there before I saved the flight.
I have attached a screeny of the saved flight. If you have any ideas about the black contrils or the squares, I wouyld appreciate any input you could give me.

I've seen the contrail thing before, actually, and the fix was to add HIGHMEMFIX=1 to your FSX.cfg.  Have you done this?  It's essential to the operation of the sim in general, actually.

Yes, the highmemfix has been added.

The contrail problem is fixed. A fellow simmer on the FSX forum told me to use a file called gauges_recovery_zip and it fixed the problem!
