Hi all, long story short, I downloaded a freeware CYOW. According to that website that lists all the freeware sceneries, it was for FS9, however, it turned out to be for FSX.

 

I started to convert the textures so that FS9 could the scenery. Am I on the right track? Is it just a matter of converting textures? Does anything need to be done to the .blg files as well?

There would be more to it than converting textures. FSX MDL files (eg buildings and the likes) will not display in FS9.
