September 15, 201312 yr Hey guys, is it possible to enter coordinates as custom waypoint into the CDU FIX page on the NGX? Since adding the 777 to my fleet, I am recently trying to make myself a bit more familiar with ETOPS procedures and learned that during ETOPS operations the FIX page is used to draw distance rings around the diversion Airports in order to see the ETOPS entry and exit points and that the ETP point's coordinates can as well be entered into the FIX page (at least on the 777). Now I was just trying the same on the NGX, however I failed to enter the ETP coordinates into the FIX page. I tried it with the format Nxxxx.xWxxxxx.x and also with NxxWxxx, both resulted in "INVALID ENTRY" message. Any experience with this? Thanks and best regards Olli Regards Oliver Holstein
