I checked out FS Reliability Factor, sems pretty cool. While using it last night, It seemed to work pretty well, except for a few issues.I Noticed when I had an Autothrottle failure, that the Autothrottle still worked, also, the VS Indicator died, but I still have Vertical speed with Reality XP's JL4. My Speed Indicator died, and I Still had speed on the JL4 as well.Other than those couple issues (That I know of, at this time) The program seems good.Is this the BEST program for failures out there for FS2004?? Any help, info is appreciated. Thanks.

I've used with some success a program called Alert Pro! available here: http://www.flytechsoft.com/ It was great for FS2002, but not completely for FS9. Contacted the creator of the program and he helped me out. Still a little quirky, though. All in all, I like it a lot.
