Dome light during sunset

Does anyone else see this occur? During the flight and as the sun sets the lights on the flight deck light up as you would expect. By that I mean the panel lights etc. Then as it gets darker the dome light comes on all of a sudden. When I look to the over head panel to turn the dome switch off you see that it is already off. I then have to turn it on then off again and sure enough it will then go out.

Not a major issue but I would like to know if I am the only one that sees this.
