Airbus A321 Autopilot - Default vs Aerosoft version

I'm considering getting the Aerosoft Airbus, but from using the autopilot in the default A321 I am a bit concerned if the Aerosoft version's autopilot is as fiddly to use in the sim. Compared to the default Boeing autopilot it is a pain to use. I'm not thinking functionality and realism here, just how easy it is to operate with a mouse. In the default A321 it is also hard to see which buttons on the a/p that are active.

The Aerosoft Airbus FCU has to be operated with a mouse equipped with a wheel - and it's easy. Maybe best to check the official Aerosoft tutorial videos to see how easily that is accomplished. Activated buttons are easy to recognize, too. Just check the vids:
