No manual inputs on Radio Navigation?

Am I missing something here?  My 777 has no option on the MCDU to input any Frequencies and input courses, also on the front panel, there nav selects only can select VOR as below where normally on the 747 for example, you can select NDB.  How can someone navigate manually if you can't input course, freq's, NDB's?

Just enter the VOR freq or three letter ID in the NAV RAD page in the CDU. Then you'll be able to enter a course in the line below.

Enter either the identifier or the frequency. The PAX models (not the F-models) are also ADF-equipped.
