Certain applications crash

I was trying to join a VA,but I cannot join because the VAFS5,client won't work it keeps crashing to desktop for whatever reason telling me windows is searching for solution and that's it. I had this happen with Avliasoft EFB,demo and it did the same thing, here is the error log,sorry if this is the wrong forum and if the Admins could move it to the proper forum so I know next time where to post these questions next time.

Might be that your installation is corrupted somehome. You can try to repair it with this tool:
