Hello,

 

I am doing something I know I shouldn't (trying to overclock my PC) I have done something with some settings and guys I know! (shouln't tamper) but I plan to revert back to default but before I do what are these figures that have appeared when it says CPU frequency?

 

It oscillates between  1544.6 MHz 0823.9 MHz ??

It's perfectly normal. The CPU will downclock itself during light CPU loads in order to use less power.
