Possible Solution ATR Manual - No!

Featured Replies

Firstly, Happy Thanksgiving to all over on the other siide of the pond!I use 2 monitors and thought I had a solution to the ATR manual problem with the Flight 1 ATR by flying MSFS on my main monitor and opening the pdf on my secondary. No good - For some reason I immediately lose half the pdf page and sometimes FDS does the old CTD. This seems to be peculiar to MSFS. I've tried various Nvidia monitor profiles but no joy.Anyone out there know of a fix for this - otherwise I'm going to have to find a way of printing 500 pages of the manual.Kev

get a duplex capable printer and it's only half a pack of 80 gram printer paper :)

The latest version of Acrobat seems to want a lot of computer resources to itself - and so does the ATR.I use my Internet machine P2-450 for the pdf, while running the ATR on something more up-to-date. I would still like a full printed version. The tutorial can not be followed completely sequentially - you have to go back to early sections to confirm how to set up Hotel mode, and how to program the FMC for the tutorial flight. This would be so much easier with a full print version and a few post-it notes.--Bryn

err, so print off the section of the manual dealing with the FMC, and one or both tutorials. I just don't see why this is such an issue. Either you pay Flight1 to print the manual and you get what you get, or you pay to print it yourself and you get to print it exactly how you want it.
