For some reason I have 2D/VC/Tower/External.I'd like, 2D/VC/Fly-by/External.Can anybody help me out??Thx!

No, no active camera.Just the default setup for views.

ShaneFS9 doesn't come with a flyby view. At least my version doesn't! You could fly by the tower in tower view, but I don't imagine that's what you're looking for.David

Hmmm, that's really strange!I was flying an F-15 around out over the desert and my 3rd view was "Fly-by".I installed a few other aircraft and now the view disappeared. That's VERY strange.Oh well, I guess it's time to buy Active Camera.Thx for the help guys!

You might want to check this out in the library under FS 2004 Utilities: flyby14.zip by Valery Stenin. Read the readme file in ZipDive for a good description. I don't have Active Camera but hear it's great, so you might just want to go with that.David

Flyby14.zip is a really nice change from tower view, which can be a fairly dull way to watch the plane.

The default FS9 is Cockpit/Virtual Cockpit/Tower/Spot-plane view.
